Ticket Policy

 

  • All ticket sales are final. 

  • No refunds, unless your show is cancelled.  In the case that your ticketed event is cancelled by Stageworks Theatre for any reason an exchange will be provided or a full refund will be offered including any service charges

  • Due to the nature of live performances, all programs, policies, dates, times, prices, and discounts are subject to change (or cancellation) without notice.

  • All performance seating in the Garza Mainstage is assigned, reserved seating. A ticket is required for admission into the theater.

  • As a courtesy to other patrons and performers, admittance is not allowed for children under 3 years of age.

  • LATE SEATING: For the respect, comfort and safety of the patrons who arrived on time, if you arrive after the show has started and your seat is still available, both the timing and location of your seating is at the House Manager’s discretion. If seated in a seat other than yours, you can be relocated to your original seat at intermission, if available.  Those arriving later than 20 minutes into the show time will not be seated.

  • CAMERAS & OTHER DEVICES:  We are under strict licensing agreements and federal laws which require that there be no type of photography and audio/video recording of our performances.  Violators are subject to ticket forfeiture.  

  • ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Please ensure that all noise-making electronics (phones, pagers, PDAs, handheld games, etc.) are turned off before the show starts.

  • No food or drink allowed in the theatre, except bottled water or drinks in a Stageworks tumbler.

  • Ticket user assumes all risk of personal injury incidental to or occurring prior to, during or after the event and agrees not to hold Stageworks responsible in the event of any personal or property loss.

 

Failure to adhere to these policies or disrupting the show in any way may subject you to ticket forfeiture without refund. 

 

BOX OFFICE

You may reach our box office at 281-587-6100 or at info@stageworkstx.org. A live attendant is available at our box office at Mondays through Thursdays 12 pm – 6 pm,  and one hour prior to curtain on show days.

 

TICKET WILL CALL/PICKUP

The box office opens for ticket pickup one hour before the curtain rises. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the advertised performance time. 

 

If you are unavoidably delayed the day of the performance, please contact the box office immediately at 281-587-6100 and we will hold your tickets. Do not email this request, as we may not receive it in a timely fashion and your tickets may be released.

 

MISSED SHOWS

Season subscribers only enjoy this benefit.  If you miss a performance and notify us within 48 hours of missing the performance date, you are eligible to exchange your ticket for another show in the season, based on availability.

 

RESERVATIONS

We do not accept reservations, except for groups of ten (10) or more. Tickets cannot be held without payment.

 

GROUPS

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a $2.00 discount and can avoid any processing fees, if paid with cash or check. These discounts are not available online.  Please contact the box office to secure your reservation.  Payment must be received at least 14 days prior to the show either in person or via mail, 10760 Grant Road, Houston, TX 77070.  All reserved tickets for which we have not received payment by 14 days prior to a performance date are released for general sale.   It is your group’s responsibility to secure your reservation with payment, or tickets will be released.

 

TICKET EXCHANGES

We offer ticket exchanges for $2 per ticket. (This fee is waived for subsribers.) We kindly request that you notify the box office of any exchanges as far in advance as possible, but we understand that schedules change.

 

We cannot exchange your tickets if notified 24 hours or less. 

 

WAIT LIST

In the case of a sold out show, wait lists requests are taken via email at info@stageworkstx.org or by showing up 30 minutes prior to any show and requesting wait list status. If you email the request, you must arrive at the box office 30 minutes prior to curtain to reconfirm your intent to purchase a ticket, or your name will be removed from the list.  If any seats become available, they will be sold to those remaining on the list, in the order in which the requests were received. 

 

Wait list tickets will be sold at full price — no discounts are accepted for the wait list.

 

CONVENIENCE FEE

A convenience fee will be added to any ticket sale made via credit card by our ticket software.  The convenience charge varies in cost depending on the price of the ticket, and is assessed on a per ticket basis.  These charges are non-refundable. 

 

Based on availability, patrons purchasing tickets at the door or prior to the performance by check or cash will not be charged the convenience fee.
