Stageworks Theatre performed at Sandlewood Manor in Tomball on Friday, April 23 for the Shining Stars Guild.
The Shining Stars Guild is a theatre-loving nonprofit social group in Northwest Houston. Each year, the organization holds a gala to raise funds to support area theatre. Stageworks is honored to be a recipient of these donations and loves to see the faces of the Shining Stars supporters at their shows.
Stageworks Theatre performed at the gala this year, themed “A Shimmering Summer Night,” and featured popular Dolly Parton songs including “9 to 5,” “Two Doors Down,” and “Islands in the Stream.”
Performers included Josef Anderson, Amanda Hart Basset, Adam Delka, Jana Ellsworth, Celeste Hendrickson, Kendall Montgomery, Brandon Tanner, Claire Townsend, and Peyton Wilkinson.
