This class is for the young actor, age 6-13 who is looking for an opportunity to learn some acting skills, while enjoying the journey of putting on a show.  You'll meet for 5 hours/day for two weeks and during that time you'll meet friends, audition for a show, and participate in acting exercises, get assigned a role in the show, and rehearse for the shows the weekend after class.

If you love anything Seuss, you'll have a blast in this class. A whimsical reinvention of Shakespeare's tragic love story, complete with rhymed couplets, creative wordplay, and fantastical machines -- similar to something Dr. Seuss might have come up with if he ever had his way with the script.

"Kids will recognize their favorite lines from Dr. Seuss as their folks take note of the most famous lines (sometimes slightly Seussified) from Romeo and Juliet...
If you're having a hard time imagining it, you will be blown away."
Gina Robertson, John Garcia's The Column
